Open-Faced Bagel Breakfast Sandwich

This easy, delicious protein packed breakfast sandwich comes together in minutes! jalapeno cream cheese, cucumber, tomato along with a slice of provolone cheese an everything bagel!!

  • 1/2 a slice “Everything bagel”  
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeño cream cheese  
  • 3-4sliced cucumbers 
  • 3-4 sliced tomatoes 
  • Salt and pepper to taste.  
  • A slice of provolone cheese


  1. Toast the Bagels in the toaster oven only 1/2 done
  2. Spread the cream cheese 
  3. Layer a slice of cheese on top
  4. Throw it back in the oven to melt the cheese
  5. Take it out and layer the cucumbers and tomatoes on top
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
